You can start from the last chapter, if you feel like it : But in the final arrangement, the order would be Introduction, Prologue, Chapter 1. But if you want advice, I'd actually recommend starting off writing with Chapter 1. That's the core of your book; the Prologue and Introduction don't stand without that.
