Why is malmortis still following me

At one point, there was a queue to throw this chick flowers, now her sad little speech is appropriate. One I noticed was that someone had drained the lake in Stormwind, and other places for that matter.

Ohh lord is there Arena.. At least I am not getting falling damage, but a bit of ranged DPS up above the GY can still effectively farm the graveyard. Posted in Misc WoW 3 Comments. Comments RSS. I have tried all of the fixes recommended there, and I simply cannot complete this quest. Malmortis just dies before I ever get that far to the invisible pet damage. Confirming that this is still an issue, making completion of the quest nigh impossible.

Combat log shows the damage source as Overlord Drakuru. This is still an issue. Comment by I am kinda sad, my Malmortis welcomes me when I log in but doesn't follow me around Glad I am not the only one that has seen him.

Glad for the advise of how to remove him, although it's nice having him around, aggro'ing the first mob in Stonecore when no one is ready is a big no no! Comment by worganfreeman this guy is following me everywhere and only i can see him which is cool, but i thought i was going insane.

Comment by It was weird. Then he's appeared in a few other places and has actually helped me to kill things, only he usually ends up dead. Comment by A heads up guys After 3 hours of him following me around and saying he was expecting me everytime I dismounted I was about to bash my head into the monitor lol. I kinda miss him now, but he made the Tails Up quest impossible. He kept getting into combat with the snow leopards, and you can't use the blowgun on a leopard in combat. I had a good chuckle when he was welcoming me to the Northern Bank of Dalaran! Comment by Mordal I had the same problem with this guy, that he was summoned whenever I dismounted.

Summoning and dismissing my water elemental did not help either. However, when I teleported to Dalaran he did not appear to me any more. So if you've stuck with this guy and nothing else works, try using the heartstone, teleport or portal if you're a mage or got a mage nearby or any other device that will teleport you.

This worked for me, so if anyone else tries and is successfull please post to confirm. Would be nice to know for others if this works. Comment by K33K5 I had Mal for about a week. Comment by I done this quest 2 days ago and Malmortis has not left me alone. I am now in Mount Hyjal and he still comes out whenever I get off my mount telling me the master said I would come and he has a lot to show me. This skeleton is a Stalker. Blizzard arent doing anything either after 2 days of tickets, he keeps coming back.
